Alejandro Ramos grew up in Othello, Washington, where summers meant working alongside his grandparents in the apple orchards. That early experience planted the seeds of a dream that he nurtured all the way through Washington State University, where he earned his degree in Fruit and Vegetable Management. Alejandro didn’t just study agriculture—he lived it, interning with G.S. Long and building a foundation for a career in orchard consulting and management. Despite financial challenges and a campus transfer, he stayed focused, earned honors, and built meaningful connections in the tree fruit industry. Alejandro’s journey is a testament to how grit, family roots, and a clear vision can turn hard work into a thriving future.
